We can sometimes accommodate last minute bookings, but we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.

After confirming all details, we send an invoice.

Payment is due before picnic day.

75% Refund, if cancelled 7 days prior to your picnic day.

50% Refund 72 hours prior to picnic day.

25% Refund, if you must cancel 24 hours prior to picnic day.

If a natural event like rain or change of weather happens, we will work with you to accommodate another location and/or time for you.

Please do not leave your picnic unattended, as you are responsible for everything during your picnic time.

We ask that you respect everything we use for your picnic, as your own.

If you need to leave your picnic early, please contact us ASAP and we will be right there.
